There are no long term contracts. The minimum commitment is four weeks then it simply rolls over every 2 weeks. And if your not happy with us, let us know 3 days before your direct debit and all bets are off.
- How many group training classes does Virgin Active Australia have?
We have around 120 classes to keep it fresh and exciting.
- I heard Virgin Active Australia have kids gyms?
Club-V is our adults free zone available at our Frenchs Forest club and caters for toddlers from 6 weeks to kids of 15 years old. There are 4 different zones including a hi-tech interactive gaming zone and a dedicated kids group "fun" studio.
- Does Virgin Active Australia do bootcamps?
We have Outdoor Active where we use the outdoors for group training.
- Does Virgin Active Australia have a towel service?
Yes, we have a towel service at a nominal charge.
- What is Virgin Active Australia's Ignition?
It's a needs analysis that sets up a fitness programme for you, it's our way of supporting you to meet your goals. If you do want to take us up on it, you will be asked at joining or let us know and we'll book in a time with one of our fitness professionals. It includes a follow up session normally in 6-8 weeks post starting.
- Can I come in to Virgin Active Australia for a free trial?
Because we have flexible membership options, it's really easy to sign up and if you're not happy after the initial commitment period, then it's really easy to end the relationship. Also, there's so much fun stuff to try out that you'll want more than one try at it!
- Will I be able to use my Virgin Active Australia membership overseas?
You are more than welcome to use our clubs in the UK, Italy and Spain provided you're not on a discounted membership. You'll be able to use our clubs overseas for 25 visits per annum. Be sure to see reception before you go so they can give you a letter to take with you.
- What are Virgin Active Australia's operating hours?

- When is Virgin Active Australia coming to my hometown?
We'll be coming to a town or suburb near you soon enough, keep an eye on the press and our website to keep abreast of the latest club launches.
